How did you come to call Christ your Savior?:
My conversion was more of a journey than a single event. Having grown up in the church, I responded with my own faith by being baptized at the age of 10. I reaffirmed that commitment in high school when, at a conference, I cemented the connection between my head knowledge of needing a savior to redeem me from my sins to my heart knowledge of understanding and internalizing my own sin and the saving work of Jesus on the cross.
Why are you interested in serving on the board?:
Having previously served on the board for both TMS and CSIndy, I am interested in coming back to help fill the need that exists in filling the board with multiple viewpoints. I want to help shepherd this community to continued success.
What skills and talents do you feel you bring to the board?:
I bring experience of serving on multiple non-profit boards over the past 20 years, including national organizations and smaller missions-based entities. I also bring a perspective from my years of serving on the TMS and CSIndy board, including work done with the founding of our organization, both as a new campus with TMS and the CSIndy start-up.
What areas do you feel you could best serve?:
Executive Leadership, Technology & IT
Nominated for a 1 year term.

How did you come to 4call Christ your Savior?:
When I was six, I gave into God’s pull on my life. I knew he wanted to forgive my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. He wanted to be the Lord of my life, and I knew that serving him would be not only best for my life, but fulfill His purposes. I saw fruit right away, fighting less with my sister, for example. Since then, I have followed him imperfectly, but he continues to draw me back, just like he did the first time.
Why are you interested in serving on the board?:
I was asked to serve. I hope to collaborate and connect with CSIndy’s leadership.
What skills and talents do you feel you bring to the board?:
Honestly just another ear and voice of perspective, for what it’s worth. My administrative experience is marginal at best. But I’m willing to listen, pray, and contribute where I can.
Nominated for a 1 year term.

How did you come to call Christ your Savior?
I came to realize my need for Jesus when I was 6 years old. I understood that because of my sin, I was separated from God and could not have a relationship with Him because of my sinfulness and God’s holiness. So, I believed that Jesus died on the cross for my sins, paying the full penalty for sin, and conquering death by rising on the third day. The Lord saved me in that moment.
Why are you interested in serving on the board
I have served on the board the last 2 years, and it has been joy and pleasure being part of a great team and organization. We’ve been through some incredibly difficult trials, but the Lord has graciously seen us through it. I would like to continue serving on the Board because I see God’s hand and favor continuously on this co-school, and I think we’re on the cusp of some really great years ahead.
What skills and talents do you feel you bring to the board?
I’ve got executive leadership experience, having served on the board as well as being a pastor/elder at my church. I am familiar with CSIndy as a business entity and as the board chair, I’ve needed to “dabble” in pretty much every area of the organization (e.g., finance, fundraising, legal, marketing, etc.).
